TERMS OF SERVICE

Sol & Tinta Journals

1. Overview

Welcome to Sol & Tinta Journals! We specialize in handcrafted leather journals designed to reflect your personal style. By visiting our store or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

2. Products and Customization

Our journals are handmade and may feature natural variations in leather texture, color, grain, and markings. These characteristics are part of the natural beauty of leather and are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their customization selections before placing an order, including journal size, leather color, grommet color, cord color, charms, ribbons, and other accessories.

Custom products are made according to the selections submitted at checkout. Slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products and differences in screen displays.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of materials. We reserve the right to cancel an order if necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued as applicable.

Customers must provide accurate shipping and contact information when placing an order. Sol & Tinta Journals is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Processing Time

Please allow 10 business days for order preparation before shipment. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Custom and handmade products require additional preparation time. Delivery estimates may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, holidays, and circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the selected shipping carrier. Sol & Tinta Journals is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect customization selections, or changes of mind.

This policy does not exclude any rights or remedies that may be required by applicable law. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue.

7. Product Care

Leather is a natural material that may change in appearance over time. To preserve your journal, keep it away from excessive moisture, direct heat, and prolonged exposure to sunlight. Avoid harsh chemicals and follow appropriate leather-care recommendations.

Sol & Tinta Journals is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, storage, or care.

8. Intellectual Property

All original designs, photographs, product descriptions, logos, branding, and other content on this website belong to Sol & Tinta Journals or their respective rights holders. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without prior authorization.
